Where will this course lead?

This qualification is for learners that wish to gain some understanding and practical experience of a variety of plumbing and electrical skills.

What will I study?

You will study a range of hand-skills and practical tasks in plumbing and electrical.

How will this course be delivered?

This course is workshop based and will be delivered two evenings a week, three hours per evening, over fifteen weeks, totalling 90 hours. 

What qualifications will I get?

City and Guilds Level 1 Award in Construction Skills 6219-04 (Plumbing and Electrical) 

How will I be assessed?

Assessment consists of ongoing practical exercises that need to be completed to a satisfactory standard.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no entry requirements for the course. 

What else do I need to know?

Learners will require a pair of safety boots to enter the workshop environment. 

What can I do after this course?

After successful completion of the course, learners can progress onto various other courses.
