19th March 2021

As the nation emerges from lockdown, Hospitality & Catering students at Stratford-upon-Avon College have jumped at the chance to work on their front of house skills by serving up hearty lunches to the College’s staff.

Impressing staff with their high level of professionality, the smartly dressed students took orders, waited on tables, and served up tantalising soups of the day such as French Onion and Carrot & Coriander followed by freshly made fluffy doughnuts filled with sweet strawberry jam.

David Saul, Hospitality & Catering Lecturer, comments: “The students are beginning to work on their front of house skills which are vital for their development of industry employability. We are simulating a realistic work environment to enhance the student experience whilst complying with Covid regulations.”
