College announces future workforce partnership with Supply Chain Sustainability School

17th February 2025

Stratford-upon-Avon College and Solihull College & University Centre are excited to announce a pioneering new partnership with the Supply Chain Sustainability School, reinforcing their commitment to equipping the workforce with future-ready skills.

Funded through Innovate UK, this collaboration will provide industry-led, tailored learning opportunities for employers, apprentices, students, and employees. While the primary focus is with Built Environment and Sustainable Construction, the partnership will also extend its impact to a wide range of industries by delivering transferable learning in social value, wellbeing, and sustainability. This initiative ensures that any business who forms part of a supply chain can enhance their understanding of these critical areas, fostering a more sustainable, responsible workforce.

Through this partnership, the College will engage with up to eight dedicated leadership groups, helping to shape content development, business planning, and engagement strategies. By actively promoting the School within supply chains and encouraging collaboration, the College aims to support the delivery of high-quality, future-focused training that meets industry needs.
