Ex-Student and BAFTA Award Winner Greg McLeod returns to Stratford-upon-Avon College
Tuesday, 26 June, 2012

Locally based BAFTA winners Brothers McLeod (aka Myles and Greg McLeod) recently returned to Stratford-upon-Avon College to talk to aspiring young graphic design and business students.

Former media student Greg and his brother Myles spoke to media, art and business students about their careers to date, winning a BAFTA and how they run their business as entrepreneurs. The pair’s BAFTA winning work ‘Quiff and Boot’ beat off strong competition from the BBC among others at last year’s Children’s Awards in the Learning Primary category.

College lecturer and event organiser Tim Lozinski said “it was a fantastic afternoon. We always like to host exciting events at the college and these guys are the best animators in town. Brothers McLeod are a Stratford institution and the students absolutely loved seeing and listening to what they had to say.”

Brothers McLeod’s client list includes Aardman Animations, the RSC, E4, BBC, CITV, Tate Galleries, Disney and Stratford-upon-Avon Fringe.
