A former student from Stratford-upon-Avon College was honoured to support Grammy-nominated Snow Patrol at the London Palladium recently.

Isaac Stuart, 21 from Banbury, has experienced a meteoric rise over the last year, with highlights including his appearance on the Chris Evans Breakfast Show on Virgin Radio and his music being played on BBC Radio 1. His latest release ‘Saved’ also recently featured on hit ITV2 show Love Island.

Isaac was delighted to be asked to support a band he’d long admired. He comments: “The show was amazing. I was honoured to be supporting Snow Patrol and to perform at The London Palladium was a dream come true – it was magical to walk out on that stage. The audience were so warm and lovely. It was an experience I will never forget.”

Isaac recalls his time studying Performing Arts at the College fondly and sent a message to the College’s new students starting this academic year: “Stratford was such an amazing training ground for me as a performer. If I had any advice, it would simply be, be a sponge. Take in everything. Soak it all up. You’ll be glad to have it all in your toolkit when you leave.”

Everyone at the College looks forward to watching Isaac hit new heights as his career progresses.
